Dill Dip 

Ingredients:

1 Bunch of fresh dill
1 ½ Cups Mayonnaise 
Juice a half a lemon 
1/8 Cup sugar or taste 
Salt and Pepper to taste 

Instructions: 

Mix in food processor
Can be served as a delicious dip for challah as an accompaniment to fish and as a dressing for salads.

chumus

ingredients:

15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for serving
2 tablespoons fresh lemon
2 tablespoons tahini ( sesame seed paste;optional)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon paprika

instructions:

in food processor, puree the chickpeas and garlic with olive oil, lemon juice, tahini ( if using ), cumin, and salt until smooth and creamy. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water as necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
Transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
