Olive Dip
Ingredients:
1 Cup of green pitted olives (with pimentos)
½ Cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp. black pepper
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients into the food processor
Chop on high for about a minute
Serves about 8 people
For larger amounts adjust accordingly
Pesto
Ingredients:
3 Bunches of fresh basil
1 Cup oil
½ Cup white vinegar
Lots of fresh garlic
Salt and pepper for taste
Instructions:
Wash, soak and drain the basil leaves
Throw all of your ingredients into a blender
And blend until smooth
Pesto is a great dip for Challah and vegetables
It can also be used as a great dressing for chicken, turkey, and fish.
