Budding bakers learned tips from the top when Neshama Center hosted a model matza bakery in honor of Passover.
Students from Public School 100, 2951 West 3rd Street, traveled to the center at 2997 Ocean Parkway, where they learned how to make traditional unleavened bread from Rabbi Winner.
The program was part of a celebration, hailing the liberation of Jews from slavery in ancient Egypt.
