3 cups sifted flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups boiling water
½ cup cocoa
1 cup oil
5 whole eggs
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons sifted confectioner's sugar
( you can make these into cupcakes as well)
Combine all the ingredients, except the confectioner's sugar, in your mixer and set the machine for 3 minutes. Bake in a in a 10" x 15" greased pan in a preheated 350 degree oven for I hour. When cool, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or your favorite icing.
