It is outdoors. It starts outside of 311 Seabreeze Ave.
in front of thesynagogue and we will parade with blocked
streets, police escort, horses, stilt walkers, acrobats
down Seabreeze onto Ocean pkwy and outside of 2997 Ocean pkwy
(Neshama Center) on the street- pony rides will continue
with food, show, dancing, live music, balloons, etc.
T-shirts/ crowns for all! Everything is FREE!
