We hope to engage your child's sense of identity by capturing his/her imagination and attention. So, we put a lot of effort into providing our students with substantive lessons and a positive atmosphere.

The lessons are multi-sensory and hands-on, ensuring that the students truly experience what they are being taught. The lessons are structured with discussion-starters, to create a lively, interactive classroom experience. The information truly becomes the student's own.

Our Hebrew School uses the new, acclaimed Aleph Champ program to ensure that your child will read fluently at the end of his/her Hebrew School experience.

HEBREW
Our students learn to read & write Hebrew. They gain confidence and familiarity with the Siddur-Hebrew Prayer Book.

TORAH
Study of the weekly Torah portion provides our students
with practical lessons that apply to our daily lives.

ISRAEL
Our students will attain an affection for our heritage and a
uniqueness of our homeland Israel.

JEWISH HISTORY
The students gain an appreciation of our heritage and culture that
has been preserved throughout the ages.

HOLIDAYS AND SHABBAT
Traditions and celebrations, exploring
the Jewish Holidays and Shabbat will provide a deeper
understanding for our students.

JEWISH VALUES
Beginning with the origins of the mitzvot,
stressing practical applications in our daily lives, our
students will explore a personal Jewishness.

Aleph Champ

aleph man2.jpgThe Aleph Champion Program© is on the cutting edge of Hebrew reading today. Modeled after the Karate/Martial Arts motivational system, it works by dividing different reading skills into levels defined by color. Students understand that their teacher is a black aleph champion and their goal is to reach that level.

As the children compete and progress, we'll post our champions' levels on our website! Visit this page often for our latest aleph champ updates.

* Monthly actual Karate classes with a trained professional- to add enthusiasm for learning the Hebrew Aleph Bet, as well as allow the children to get active in an appealing manner.
* Celebrate your child’s Jewish birthday, with a splendid Family Birthday Party which will take place 1:15- 1:45 on one Sunday of each month. With pizza, games, stories, and more- let the family enjoy the special occasion of life in this world!
*Grand Bake-Offs for the parents and grandparents of our Hebrew School family! Coming together, for the first 30 minutes of school, to create a recipe of delicious Holiday foods, while bonding with your child in a setting of laughter and growth.
*Advanced learning class for those who read and write Hebrew fluently! 
*Shabbos Wonderland - our FREE stimulating Shabbos program, held once a month: You get to enjoy the Kiddush or RCS class, while you know your youngster is well taken care of.
